Two further ETA End Point Assessments added to portfolio

ETA are excited to announce, that despite delays in the application process due to Covid-19, we have now gained approval for two further Apprenticeship End Point Assessments (EPA’s). These are:

  • Level 3 Team Leader and Supervisor ST0384/AP03
  • Level 3 Improvement Technician ST0193/AP04

Whilst the past few months have seen many changes in methods of working, we have been busy behind the scenes expanding our EPA offer. If you are involved in delivering any of the Apprenticeships, we would be keen to speak to you about how we can support.

We are always keen to discuss new opportunities, so if there is something else you are interested in please do get in touch.

About the new Apprenticeship Standards:

Level 3 Team Leader and Supervisor

Team Leader and Supervisor responsibilities are likely to include supporting, managing and developing team members, managing projects, planning and monitoring workloads and resources, delivering operational plans, resolving problems, and building relationships internally and externally.

This new standard is suited to apprentices working in a wide range of businesses. This could be working in any type and size of organisation.

L3 Improvement Technician

Improvement Technicians are responsible for the delivery and coaching of improvement activity within an area of responsibility, often associated with Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.

Improvement Technicians can be found across all industry sectors and functions including automotive, banking, engineering, food products, IT, property, retail, telecoms etc.
