ETA is an End Point Assessment organisation regulated by the Education and Skills Funding Agency (ESFA) delivering assessment against Institute for Apprenticeships standards (IFA). This gives learners and their employers the confidence that any apprenticeships assessed by ETA meet the established industry benchmark.
ETA works exclusively to deliver prompt and open communications with providers, employers and learners.

Should a learner have cause for concern regarding any aspect of their assessment, this should be raised through the ETA appeals procedure by emailing us at email@example.com
ETA will review the information provided and contact both the learner and the employer to gather additional and necessary information to underpin the decision to be made.
Wherever possible, ETA will work with the learner to ensure that the appeal outcome is not only appropriate and satisfactory but that it supports the learner in continued learning.
