ETA is an End Point Assessment organisation regulated by the Education and Skills Funding Agency (ESFA) delivering assessment against Institute for Apprenticeships standards (IFA). This gives learners and their employers the confidence that any apprenticeships assessed by ETA meet the established industry benchmark.

ETA is an awarding organisation regulated by both CCEA in Northern Ireland and Ofqual in England, working under the regulatory requirements of the conditions of recognition. This gives learners and their employers the confidence that any qualifications with the ETA logo on the certificate are developed and recognised by industry.

Communication with ETA

ETA works exclusively to deliver prompt and open communications with providers, employers and learners.

Learner enquiries regarding assessment, either bookings or results. If your enquiry is directly related to ETA, please visit the Contact Us page for details of how to get in touch.

Appeals and Complaints

Should a learner have cause for concern regarding any aspect of their assessment, this should be raised through the ETA appeals procedure by emailing us at info@eta-gms.com

ETA will review the information provided and contact both the learner and the employer to gather additional and necessary information to underpin the decision to be made.

Wherever possible, ETA will work with the learner to ensure that the appeal outcome is not only appropriate and satisfactory but that it supports the learner in continued learning.

We endeavour to fully support your apprenticeship training, ensuring that it remains a focused, efficient, positive experience for your staff and learners. We have developed an End Point Assessment service that removes the uncertainty from your training and guides you all the way to apprenticeship success.
